Service Agreement Please read and agree to the following service agreement to continue. MSU Engineering & Architectural Services has implemented a policy change effective 2/01/2010. ALL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS released for bid after (2/01/10) will be sold as a NON-REFUNDABLE at the expense of the contractor, including addendums. It is also the contractors responsibility to order addendums and/or associated plans or drawings for Capital Projects.
